Product Description

The ABC Graphics 4.5mil Bubble-Free Vinyl is a versatile printable adhesive vinyl designed for clean, easy installation on windows and other smooth surfaces. Available in Gloss (VGBF) and Matte (VMBF) finishes, both options feature a removable grey air-egress acrylic adhesive that makes installation easier while allowing graphics to be removed when needed.

The built-in air-egress technology allows trapped air to escape during application, helping minimize bubbles and creating a smoother installation. The grey adhesive also provides increased opacity and blockout, helping reduce show-through from the surface underneath the graphic.

Made from 4.5 mil monomeric PVC, this vinyl provides reliable print performance for a variety of wide-format applications. It is compatible with Eco-Solvent, Latex, and UV printing systems and features a double-sided PE-coated liner designed to provide dimensional stability during printing, handling, and installation.

The VGBF Gloss finish provides a bright, reflective appearance that helps printed colors stand out, while VMBF Matte offers a lower-glare finish with a softer, more subdued appearance. Both options use the same removable adhesive construction and are designed for easy application and removal.

Ideal for window displays, temporary signage, decals, print-and-cut graphics, contour-cut applications, rigid boards, and other promotional graphics, ABC Graphics 4.5mil Bubble-Free Vinyl provides a practical solution when you need professional printed graphics that are easy to install and remove. With a 54-inch × 150-foot roll, it is well suited for both everyday production and short-term graphic applications.
