The Roland TrueVIS MG2 Series UV Printer/Cutter combines vibrant UV printing, premium special effects, and precision contour cutting in one advanced production system. Designed for professional print shops, sign makers, and creative businesses, the MG2 Series delivers high-definition output, versatile application capabilities, and an efficient integrated print-and-cut workflow.

Available in both the 64-inch MG2-640 and 30-inch MG2-300, the TrueVIS MG2 Series uses advanced UV-LED curing and 1,000 ml EUV ink pouches to produce vibrant, durable graphics with exceptional detail. Depending on the selected ink configuration, users can work with CMYK, White, Gloss, Orange, and Red inks to create expanded-color graphics, opaque white layers, transparent effects, textures, and premium gloss finishes.

One of the MG2 Series' standout capabilities is its ability to produce up to five ink layers in a single pass, without reverse-feeding the media between layers. This makes it possible to efficiently create sophisticated applications such as double-sided window graphics, transparent decals with white underprints, layered graphics, textured effects, and spot gloss finishes while maintaining accurate layer-to-layer registration.

Built for efficient production, the MG2 Series features a new high-performance printhead, automated media setup, intelligent maintenance features, a 7-inch touchscreen, and integrated print-and-cut functionality. Combined with VersaWorks 7 RIP software and Roland DG Connect, the MG2 provides a streamlined workflow for producing everything from labels, stickers, and packaging prototypes to window graphics, retail displays, signage, exhibition graphics, and other high-value specialty applications.
