RC-300c
The Clear Support Model provides the same core printing capabilities while adding the ability to print on transparent, pre-filled, and pre-labeled bottles. This makes it particularly suited for applications such as wine and spirit bottles, premium beverages, cosmetics, and other clear packaging where the contents need to remain visible.
Product Description
The Roland VersaOBJECT RC-300 Series UV Cylindrical Printer brings professional direct-to-object decoration to cylindrical, tapered, and curved-profile products. Using advanced helical printing technology, the RC-300 Series prints continuously around the object as it rotates, allowing businesses to create detailed 360° graphics on products that can be difficult to decorate with conventional rotary systems.
Both models support objects up to 5 inches in diameter and 13.9 inches in length, with the ability to handle tapered products with up to 10° of taper. This versatility makes the RC-300 Series suitable for bottles, drinkware, containers, cosmetics, promotional products, packaging, and personalized goods.
Using EUV-HB hard UV ink and built-in UV-LED curing, the RC-300 Series produces vibrant, durable graphics with high-opacity White and premium Gloss effects. Primer is also available to support printing on a wider range of challenging materials. These capabilities allow businesses to create colorful graphics, specialty finishes, textured effects, and premium product decoration directly onto finished objects.
The RC-300c Clear Support Model expands the system's capabilities even further by allowing direct printing onto transparent, liquid-filled, pre-filled, and pre-labeled bottles without requiring blackout filling. This provides additional flexibility for premium beverage, wine, spirits, cosmetic, and specialty packaging applications.
