The Roland VersaSTUDIO BD Series delivers professional direct-to-object UV printing in a compact desktop format built for small businesses, online sellers, retail customization, education, and in-house product decoration. Designed for easy operation and fast setup, the BD Series makes it simple to print vibrant, detailed graphics directly onto a wide range of items including customized products, packaging, leather goods, acrylic pieces, and other promotional or retail-ready objects. With Roland DG software included, built-in filtration, reliable UV printing performance, and support for White ink plus either Gloss or Primer depending on configuration, the BD Series offers an accessible path into high-quality object customization.
Available in two sizes, the BD-8 is the more compact option with a maximum print area of 8.2" x 5.8", making it ideal for smaller items and tighter workspaces, while the BD-12 offers a larger maximum print area of 12" x 8.2" for bigger items, multiple-object layouts, and increased small-batch production flexibility. Both models support objects up to 4 inches thick, use Roland EUV5 inks, and work with VersaWorks 7, FlexiDESIGNER VersaSTUDIO Edition, and Roland DG Connect for a smooth, user-friendly workflow from design through output.
